What I witnessed today in the movie Sardar Udham was the pain and grief of what would happen at that time. The Jallianwala Bagh tragedy has been shown in films before, but Shoojit Sircar and team showcased a raw emotion of pain and suffering and what led a 23-year boy to fight and die for his freedom people. The sheer brilliance of the film is above all the critics and reviews. It’s not just a deep dive into reality, but it is going deeper and extracting that emotion and feeling what people of the time would have gone through, something that no one before touched on in the past. I am an easy crier when watching a film but what I witnessed today made my heart bleed. I have nothing more to say as my knowledge of words and the language feel ineffectual in front of the pain and grief I feel today.

All I want to say is Thank you, Shoojit Sircar, Vicky Kaushal and the entire team to make this masterpiece.
